At Mr. Peanut's Pet Carriers, we want you and your furry traveler to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every item is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your pet carrier in its original packaging, ensuring that no pet hair or debris is present to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for hygiene and safety standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
